Lose It Now

Yup, summer is really here!

I was at the mall and all the display windows showed bikini clad manequins and summer fashion accesories. My imagination started working and saw myself in my suit with a bulging stomach ... oh no! I have to lose it really fast if i want to take part of summer fun and frolick on the beach! I have to spend more time on the treadmill than on my computer chair .. hahaha!

I still have a few more months to work it .. or else it will be too late. Tick .. tock ..tick .. tock!
