Everytime my kids reach a milestone in their young life i try and to give them something, it could be a small token, a toy that they like, a book or anything that i know they really like.I give them gifts too after every year level, not as an incentive to give me high grades but as a congratulations gift that they did well.
Here is what we got for Sam's First Communion congratulatory milestone gift, and she loved it! She is more of the girly stuff, while Bea is more on the crafty arty side. I got the idea she liked this when she called me one time to show me the ad this product ran on cable tv ... lucklily i was able to get it for her in time for her First Communion, she really was not expecting it.
