We were shopping last night when the malls are all decked with Christmas decorations, Santa Claus, Elves and all capped with fake snow. Bea looked at me and asked me, "Is snow nice mama?" Hmmm .. made me stop and think and said "Yes, snow is nice ... but it can also be not so good for some people ... " I went on and told her that some even have to cancel school (which by the way is bad news for her as she loves going to school .. hahaha!) because of snow storms, there are even hail storms that can hurt you and dent cars, and there are times when the cars slip through the road and they have to put snow chains around their tires so they won't slip and so on. Told her about frost bite too. After listening to my barrage of not so good things (hehehe), she said in a slow and sad voice, "I just want to build a snow man ... not the other things." Hahaha! So much for liking snow now .. but i told her the nice things about snow after, like snow ball fights, skiing, playing on a sled and ice skating ... and this time she smiled and was contnt with my answer to a very innocent question .. that gave her tons of answers!
